Q: What thread colors can I choose from for my embroidery?
A: We can match thread to any color you can show us, or any pantone
color number you can provide. Colors may not be exact, but you will have
a chance to review and approve before the final embroidering.
Q: Do I get to see a sample of what it will look like before the final
work is done?
A: Yes, we will do a ‘stitch-out’ for your review and approval. A ‘stitch-out’
is a full sample of your actual design, as it will look. We will stitch this on
material that is similar or the same as the garment or item your
embroidering will be sewn on.
Q: Can you embroider from a picture?
A: We can scan a clear, clean picture you have and convert to a digitized
image, or we can work from a GIF, JPEG (JPG), Corel or Illustrator file if
you have one.
Q: What is digitizing?
A: In order to embroider an image, our machines need instructions for the
proper sequence of stitches, changes in color, size and type of stitches.
Q: What kind of items can you embroider? Is there anything you
can't embroider?
A: We can embroider on any type of clothing or linen. In addition to the
shirts, hats, uniforms, and jackets, towels, sheets and pillowcases that are
typical, golf and bat bags, lunch bags, shower curtains, saddle pads, dog
collars and leashes and many other items.
Q: How quickly can you complete my embroidery/imprinting
project?
A: We have the fastest turnaround in the industry, at 7 – 10 days, or even
less.
Q: Is there a minimum number of pieces for embroidery or
imprinting?
A: No minimum. We will do one item, or a thousand. The higher the
quantity, the better your price.
Q: Will you embroider/imprint on clothing/items I provide?
Yes. We can work with your clothing/items, or we can provide a wide
variety of garments for you to select from.
